Dr Gaar is an exceptional Dr. Takes time to listen and discus concerns and provides excellent feedback. I feel very confident with her care.
Minimal waiting time. Dr. was very thorough as per usual. Explained what each little mole or freckle was that she found. She even provided some skin moisturizer samples to me, which was very nice!

Dr Gaar fit me into her busy schedule within an hour of my Doctors call....she is smart and kind and I feel that she will be the one to finally figure out what's going on with my skin.
Receptionists were very welcoming and explain check in procedure very well.Dr. Gaar examination was very thorough and explained issues well.
She is excellent at excision of dermatology tumors. I have had 2 surgeries.. 1 melanoma and 1 squamous cell carcinoma. She was successful in excising all cancer cells.. in both, all margins were clear. She is skilled in making sure there is no need for additional surgery. She is very busy and sometimes difficult to get a timely appointment but has a wonderful PA who is readily available.
Dr Gaar always takes the time to give a very thorough exam and explain any areas of concern she may find. Dr Gaar has treated most of my family and taken good care of them who have had skin cancer and numerous surgeries. I highly recommend her.
