*Highly recommend* I met with Hope today who was phenomenal! Today I learned more about rosacea and how to manage than I have in the last 20 years. I can't thank Hope enough.
I have been going there for years. Today I was so disappointed, I will not be rescheduling my appointment. Waited for my daughters appointment for months, arrived at 8:20 am. Office is closed. Found a "push message" on my phone that they delayed opening till 10. Hm. Ok. I called to confirm, since no one bothered to call me.. and was told that the next available appointment is in 3 weeks! Not a phone call, or email at least the day before... Not a customer or patient care I want.
Had my three month check up again today. Again I still feel so blessed and taken care of at this practice. They care. They listen they don’t take it lightly and because of that I’m forever grateful to this team. Thank you for all you do and we your patients greatly appreciate you!
