Very friendly staff and Dr. Shepherd listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Great experience! Professional as expected
I was able to get an appointment in a short time, was seeing PA as MD booked until April, waited about 30 minutes or so for appointment. Solution to my issue was to try topical steroids for 4 weeks and return. This was on Friday just after noon. Checked my pharmacy Saturday afternoon but no prescription. Office closed. Stopped in Monday afternoon to get copy of prescription to take to pharmacy but was told that the prescription was released this morning. So, will check pharmacy again tomorrow.
I was very impressed by the friendliness of the receptionist and the waiting time to see Christina the Dermatologist I saw was not long at all. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. Happy to be informed by Christina my Dermatologist no skin cancer. She was very Professional and friendly and was very thorough in checking me for skin cancer. Sandra Bridgers
