Pretext—I had just worked an 10-hour day on top of running my own small business, and still carried myself with a positive attitude and respect throughout this appointment. After being early for my 4:25PM appointment, I ended up waiting to be seen by the physician until about 5:00PM. While my time is incredibly valuable, I would have been completely fine with the physician's lateness—had she not conducted herself with haste, condescension, and rudeness. I have had nothing but great experiences at this office. I don't normally write reviews, but my last appointment was so great, and everyone I interacted with that day was extremely nice and welcoming, I couldn't help but share how good of a visit it was. They were able to accommodate me as a new patient pretty last minute last year, and have been extremely responsive whether via phone or communicating through the My Layhey Chart website. I was a patient at Beverly primary care for over 20+ years, many of those years I felt I was treated well and like an individual, the pandemic changed the office, the atmosphere, and people that work there. . I was pushed out of the Beverly office by the office manager for struggling with major depression and my pcp of over 20+ years didn’t give me a referral or a goodbye, unfortunately after 20+ years of being a patient there I left feeling judged and struggling with depression.
