professional and thorough! very happy – I was looking for a new Dentist in the area-just moved from the bay area...i was recommended to laguna village dental by a friend. she build the office up pretty high, and she was 100% accurate. he is gentle, explains everything do tthoroughly, the hygenist debbie gave me the best cleaning of my life! liz and christina are great-all my insurance and copays were explained up front and i did not have to wait too long at all to be seen- i am soooo happy i founf this place, i refer everyon... read more
thorough, and 5 star service – In addition to a great staff and all dental procedure was performed well to meet my needs, I believe Laguna Dental has master the art of modern dentistry. Inviting atmosphere too! Great staff, clean and new office with newer technology! tv in most rooms and exceptional service!
sooo happy! – The office is very nice and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional! I absolutely loved the woman who cleaned my teeth and did my x-rays (I wish I remembered her name) She was very patient with me as I winced in pain a few times. great dental office, new clean and they have cable! – i have been needing gum surgery for a long time and an implant for a front tooth. i went to see laguna village dental and once i was there, i was informed of the periodontist on site one time a month. perfect for me so i dont have to go to another location, way convienent. to top it off, dr shad does invisalign-clear braces-which my 2 teenage girls want. they do not want typical braces ...so i have finally found a dental office that not only meets all my needs, but also o... read more
awesome hygenist-Debbie! – debbie is the hygenist on staff. the last few offices had the assistants doing the teeth cleaning, but here they give u a whole hour with the hygenist. let me tell ya-my teeth have never felt so clean, she takes her time and i have told all my co-workkers, call n see for ur self. aqlso, the dr-dr shad is wonderful. he takes his time, explains it all clear and thorough. i had no anxiety when i left-i feel comfortable and well treated. 5 stars, no doubt!
once you go to dr. shad you never will leave – i am scared of dentists and needles. i never had a wait time at any appts of mine, all copays discussed ahead, they even offer interest free financing and take credit cards. they are explanatory both the front office and the dr telling me everything step by step, and also he does implants, and has a periodontist here which is convienet becuz i had surgery in the past and now can have it all done under 1 roof!
best dentist I ever had~! – I love the fact that he is the most gentle at giving me my shots, he is a provider for my insurance-he informnd me i have ortho coverage which i never even knew and next week im starting invisilign and also get free teeth whitening. theres cable in the waiting room and a big flat screen in a room, relaxing and wonderful dentist and staff! highly recomended
