Live here currently - Management are beyond useless both ignoring and gaslighting you. Have had issues that continue to be unresolved making life miserable. Have heard of others having issues with appliances and getting used (which is ... ok) and dirty (not ok) replacements. I’ve lived here for 5 years and have really liked certain aspects of it, particularly the location, the community and the staff. However, ownership and management are terrible. The building is old and when I say everything is falling apart, it’s no joke. Appliances stop working, the finishings are old and in a disgusting state, stuff like bathroom vanities fall and break, the amenities work half the time, etc. To add insult to injury, they’ve been raising rents a lot. Fair warning they will jack rent after the 1st go round. That’s why so many units are empty. Amenities in Laguna are weak and the apartments dated. They just tried to raise rents to 6400+ and failed, but pushed a lot of long standing tenants out.
My wife and I have spent a lot of time searching for an apartment that would accommodate our needs as a growing family. We feel extremely fortunate to have met Tarique during our search. He has been incredibly responsive when we have asked him questions and also was very proactive and helpful with helping us find an apartment that we are happy with. He is an incredible asset to have.
