Laguna was a great place to live. The building is clean and well-maintained. The amenities are in good condition. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the residents. Their responsiveness and attitude made a noticeable difference.
We have lived here for the past two years and this is the best building we have ever lived in. The people who work at Laguna help make living there so special, including Victor, Julio, Sharon, Christian, Robert, and Eduardo. They are all very kind and helpful.
Lovely area and beautiful apartments! We have visited a couple of times and the door staff were so amazing, they remembered me! They are so friendly and helpful! Julio and Victor are so much fun! I never had to open a door!!! They are attentive to all the residents, but the baby clearly adores them! The custodial staff are also friendly and helpful, even when they are busy! I have been living here for about 3 years and love it. The area is clean and access to the city can't be beat. I love all the people working in the building, as well. Anytime I have a maintenance request the turn around time is immediate and successful. While pregnant the staff also helped me bring up packages. They were also my cheerleaders while i was not feeling my best! The worst part about living here is I can't take the staff with me if I ever move.
I would definitely give five stars for the staff, the concierge team is very attentive, friendly and helpful. However the building could got some improvements. For example the air circulation is very poor on some floors so you can smell other people’s food in your own apartment while they are cooking. Also, getting used replacements when there’s an issue with appliances should change.
