I was referred by my PCP almost a month ago. I have left several voice messages for someone to call me back to book me an appointment so that I can get an assessment for carpal tunnel and treatment but no one has called me back so I called the referral department at my doctor’s office and nobody was able to get in touch with them either, until just the other day when their response was that they left me several voice messages; which simply isn’t true! Horrible receptionist!!! Dr. didn't put in the prescription that she had written till 2 weeks later. Communication is absolutely horrible!!! They need to get a new set of staff dealing with patients and appointments!!
