Really sad how this dealership sold my son, who is a college student a piece of junk!! He began to have problems with the vehicle after 1 week. After he contacted his sales person and the manager with his complaints, he received a, "thank you for your business, I hope you are completely satisfied" letter from Matt LaFontaine. Obviously just a formality letter, because if his complaints had been taken seriously, he should have NEVER received such a letter. Great service. Great staff go way above other dealers. I purchased my car from matt. Will def buy another.
I do have to say, we started out on a bad note with Volkswagen in general. Had issues with this dealer, but my last visit, they made it right. I do recommend staying away from service consultant Tom. He will tell you anything and everything to get you out the door like you know nothing. He lies off his bum. I recommend going with John Malushi as service consultant.
