Just bought my 5th car from Matt. I always send my friends his way. Not your typical salesman, he is always looking out for you.
Started my search for a new car here, and I was dreading the process. I just knew I’d have to take time off work to find something and finalize it. Then I met Jason-he listened to what I wanted, was very honest and upfront with no pressure. He showed me options and answered all my questions. When I made my selection and returned to the dealership, Jason had everything taken care of for me. The whole experience was great and I won’t hesitate to recommend Jason and LaFontaine to friends and family for their next vehicle.
Chris in Sales is awesome. He let me test drive a few cars to see which model and model year to peruse. He is patient and understanding for circumstances that are beyond the customer’s control. He is professional and polite and at no time did I feel like he was pressuring me into anything. I look forward to returning when I have the money for the down payment on my next car!

Was planning to buy my next vehicle from the Fontaine but now I'm having to rethink. Brought my car in this morning at 8 o'clock because the check engine light came on. Asked about getting the shuttle home and the service person assured me that he was going to put his best guy on it and that the normally two hour job would only take about an hour. Tom (in service) makes the dealership truly exceptional. The worst part of a new car experience is when you need to take it in for the dreaded service or repair the first time. Tom makes that experience pleasurable and he's always available for advice and updates. He treats your vehicle as his own and you as a member of the family.
