This dealership is a complete fraud! Their service department diagnosed my vehicle on information I gave them and not actually inspecting my car. They lied and said it was being looked at when I drove by and saw the car in the same exact spot I left it. They claim metal shards were found throughout the fuel system. Wrong! We drained the entire system and no metal anywhere. I brought this to Jason's attention and asked him specifically where the metal was found and he said an N75 valve. Wrong again! I bought my 2018 Tiguan from LaFontaine Volkswagen. Last week I ran over a screw, it couldn't be fixed. I have wheel protection on my tires. They replaced my tire very quickly and I was on my way. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. I love LaFontaine Volkswagen!

I totally recommend La Fontaine VW! I called them first after receiving some marketing material. I spoke with a very professional, Brian Leen. He said to come on in. Which I did on a Saturday in Sept 2020. I had a few difficult hurdles to overcome with my situation so I honestly didn’t believe they could help.
