Been trying to get in contact with this place for 3 months. Nobody has answered any of my calls, voicemails, applications, texts, emails, etc. who the hell is running these apartments? They need to do a better job. They have listings on apartments.com and yet nobody replies to any communication sent.
I have lived here from 2003 to 1/2025 originally from Lafayette Gardens- projects, and it's a beautiful place to live. The neighborhood is good, with up & coming changes. However, the managers that have came & gone during my years living here has been the WORST when it comes to clear communication & transparency to the tenants. They lack accountability and you have to constantly follow up with them. Poor customers service. Arrived to check status of application and was quickly brushed off and given no update. The woman in the office just stated that I may have sent in my info late. She didn’t even receive my name to look up my info.
When l know something l will let you guys know lm gonna put 5 stars for now but when l visit l will give a honest review
