The nursing staff were very conscious and helpful with medical needs. Very dis-satisfied with overall case management and transfer to different facility! Case management seems to overstep job description and tells Speciality Doctors "what to do"! Does not read the actual authorization from insurance companies & side steps anything out of their simple daily administrative duties!
