RecommendedFrom pre op to discharge, everything about this place is absolutely amazing. The facility is very nice and I can't say enough about the people. The administrative personnel are very professional and very helpful. The nurses and other staff in this place are the absolute best. Everyone's focus was on my successful knee replacement, recovery and comfort. They made me feel like I was the most important person there. First-class experience! We arrived at the facility during the heightened concern of the Coronavirus at 6:15 am. We were personally and professionally greeted at the door (literally)! Our admittance clerk Christine was courteous, kind, and checked us in with amazing efficiency. Nurses Kelly and Becky were absolutely amazing! Dr. Staires did an excellent job with the day procedure. I had L4 and L5 fused together. Other than driving 5 hours, everything about this was amazing. Hands down some of the best nurses I have ever had. Very caring and attentive.
I've never felt the need to give a hospital a review. Never thought of it really until today. I'm here for my dad's surgery and this is the most comfortable I've ever felt in a hospital. the building and the staff!! it's never a fun feeling seeing someone you love have to face times like these but it sure eases your mind when you feel they are being taken care of!!! I had a procedure there today ,10/17/19. I can’t say enough to express how pleased I was. Not only with my services but hearing them talk to other patients. They have to ask 1000 questions to each patient and she made it sound like she was happy to do it each time. Very compassionate and intelligent nurses. The care I received was top notch. Wonderful staff all around.
This was by far the best surgery I have ever had..Dr Cormier was exceptional, and the entire staff was impeccable..Highly recommended this doctor for Back surgery..5 star..
