Bayou Vermilion District (which is NOT associated with Vermilion Parish School Board) does amazing work. The Bayou Vermilion District does a great job to beautify and conserve the area along our Vermilion River and the river itself here in LAFAYETTE! Along with the wonderful Vermilionville, they succeed in preserving and sharing these natural and cultural resources here in the LAFAYETTE community for all to learn and enjoy :) Also looking forward to one day paddle my kayak in the Bayou Vermilion Boat Parade!
