This organization is a cultural gold mine led by a brilliant linguistic giant who puts the value of our shared culture here in Acadiana ahead and above everything else. Cinema on the Bayou Film Festival would be cinema something else without them. Don't mess with my family or bayou!
Thank you for all that you do, BVD, to keep the Vermilion River clean for Lafayette Parish and to educate us all about our Acadian roots. I enjoyed visiting Vermilionville on field trips as a child and I still enjoy visiting as an adult during Black Pot Festival or when out of town family and friends are in the area. There's so much to see, do, and learn thanks to you!
