*********WARNING IF YOU MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMEDIATELY!******* The manager here is one of the worst I have ever encountered. She condones nasty surroundings by refusing to manage staff. Her solution is if you don’t like a filthy building then move…this is her remedy vs making sure the building is clean for tenants who have never missed a months rent nor been late. My disabled aunt moved in at the beginning of July. She has severe asthma and has been dealing with NO AC since moving in. She has called the office along with her caregiver and no one has responded or acknowledged her request for help. She also has roaches which she has NEVER had. A call to the Board of Health is in the works. This place is disgusting and needs new management and help.
