Scheduled an appointment Sunday evening through Facebook (My A-Coil Froze-over so I allowed it to thaw). A 2 ton residential AC with a 5 lb system was 2 lbs under. WOW! Lafayette Heating and Cooling came up to Delphi to do the service work. Excellent customer service and a highly skilled technician got the job done. Thank you.
Our furnace quit working this evening, and called Lafayette Heating and Cooling at 9:05pm. Tyler came out within about 45 minutes, and 40 minutes later he had our furnace heating our home again. What great prompt and excellent service!
Just had Tyler out for some after hours service. He put the unit in about 3 years ago. We are so impressed with him and Marty. Both are great !
Lousy with plumbing! They snaked my toilet twice instead of going into crawl space to flush out the problem and take note that what caused the problem to begin with was running air conditioning line thru the sewage line. And never got any reimbursement for their error. Cosy me over 800$ for their error. And two because I had just bought a thermostat they offered me a humidifier as I had a control for one in which I did not get!
