Called about A/C repair, receptionist literally laughs into the phone and says something about not doing A/Cs this late in the year. You guys must be doing pretty well to be turning away business. Called Brand and they had no issues taking our phone call and getting someone to come out to look at it for us, nor made it seem like getting an AC replaced in November was ridiculous. We cannot possibly recommend Lafayette Heating & Cooling enough. From our initial contact with Greg and how thorough he was with estimates and measurements to make sure we got what we needed to Tom and the install team and how thorough and professional they were. Their work was top notch and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
We had some furnace problems last night and the house was cooling down fast...not something you want to happen with a10 week old in the home. I called and someone answered right away and then the service tech called me back within a few minutes and was here within an hour. At midnight! He was friendly, explained everything as he was testing things and cleaning a sensor. Got the heat working quickly and the service call was much less than I anticipated for middle of the night!… See more

Super fast response even on a Sunday evening, Chris was very helpful and efficient so there wasn’t a super high charge for labor, great prices, even better repairman and fast to work you in their schedule. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
