My husband and I were both recently patients on 7th floor. We had excellent care! Nursing staff was exceptional.
It is a travesty when you don't care enough about the patient's or their families! How could anyone force a new mother to sleep in her vehicle on a night that is horribly cold rather than let her sleep in the waiting room? Or would you all rather her drive home on icy roads only to never make it home? Shame on you all!!!!
