Great sales personnel, maintenance and service My experience with the customer service always have been a really good. From sales, maintenance and service department, anytime I needed anything they have been there for me. That is why I just leased my second vehicle from them and already plan to do it again n 36 months. This is my dealer!

Very efficient Anthony has helped me in the purchase of several new cars. He is fast and efficient. As you would say he is my go to guy and he is very knowledgeable in the makes and models of all vehicles on the lot. He is the only person I want to help me when shopping for cars whether new or used. Two thumbs up from me.

Services Services were done to my satisfaction, except the driver seat and passenger seat were not cleaned. The staff was very helpful as they made sure I had another vehicle to drive to a very important event.

Great service I purchased a new 2016 Ford Fiesta and I am beyond in love with my car. I had the greatest help from the amazing Annette Bunce herself. Going in there I wasn't sure if I was going to have any luck with getting a car but she did a great job of getting me that car. I would defiantly recommend her to friends and family! Best experience ever with the whole process!
Great customer service. I was looking for a reasonable priced car for my grandson and I always shop at Lafayette Ford. They are always helpful and friendly. I have bought 3 vehicles there and won't go anywhere else.

Great Service and Customer Satisfaction Service Representative Anthony received me on Saturday 2-27-16 around 1230pm, he is very professional in manners, knowledge of Ford products, and the ins and outs of getting my vehicle history out of Ford automated maintenance system, then Anthony moved quickly to get my Expedition in and out of service, his experience and ability saved me and my wife time and money. Anthony is to be commended for his loyalty to Ford and Ford customers 3-2-16.

Great service and tires prices Set of Pirelli tires were cheapest in town!!! Was not pushed to do extra services as some dealers do.
