The staff is kind and caring. They are very respectful in making your treatments less scary. If you have to be going through treatments this is the place to go to have them.
The staff is very attentive and the environment is relaxed and comforting
The front line staff is wonderful. The bottleneck at intake is troublesome, when one is having multiple procedures done. I also wonder why email is not utilized to communicate schedules, allow patient access to records and to communicate scheduling delays to patients. I have also encountered a disturbing lack of updated treatment protocols and frankly, in one case, abject denial of the impact of radiation therapy on blood counts. Again, most of the staff here is wonderful.
The ambience of this place is comforting and the personal care is superb.

This place is slow doing everything. Plan to spend the whole day here just getting a unit of blood.
I first met a Dr at the hospital with my Mom she went out that door and never saw Mom again she had no hope she mainly told us to deal with it....Have hope when you have cancer.....Than we started to see Dr Sable we loved her but she has now left so new Dr has took her place....We will be seeing a new Dr hopelly because my Mom never gets apps dates in the mail anymore....Its like they forgot about my moms care....I am so sick of this place.....Time to find a new Dr for my Mom missing Dr Sable....
