I have been going to this place for about 10 years now. They’ve never disappointed me. Good staff Kelly & Sandy are my go gals for my feet and hands. It can get on the pricey side (depending on what design you would like) many designs to choose from.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I always give places at least 3 chances. I was highly disappointed 3 times. Super rushed, the last time I got a pedicure they were done in 20 minutes. Now that's a first for me.. smh No customer service skills at all, bloodhound you to purchase packages with special additions. And the pedicure is ehhh... Too many places around to waste my time being unsatisfied here
Awhile back they did my eye brows for me . Me an my mom usually go to either sf or Sacramento for our eye brows but we didn’t want to drive that far . The lady waxed off half my eyebrow and then tried to fill it in with an eye brow pencil so i wouldn’t noticed .
They use to be my favorite place. I would drive from Martinez to Pittsburg just to go. Now I feel like they rush and don't take there time. The new people need to go.
