Every time I come to this nail salon there’s a problem. You show them what you want and they give do the opposite. I’ve spoken to the owner twice and when I complain she gives me a look of disgust. When a customer ask you for a design you need to be honest, if you guys can’t do it, just say so and I’ll go somewhere else. I will not be returning as a customer ever again and will never recommend it to anyone to Ladybug nails in Pittsburg CA.
The lady painted all over my skin she barely , buffed my toes I had to tell her you missed 9 toes the paint was not smoothed and when you try to tell them something they act like they don’t understand English.
rude as hell nails already look like u need a fill before you leave.

i’ve been coming here for years and i highly recommend DONNA (station 10) and Rocky (station 12) very patient and always cater to my needs. They are efficient with their timing and process of making my nails look perfect! i have never had a bad encounter with them and trust them to always deliver such great results at every visit ! 💜
