I saw Dr Dy the last week of December 2019. She is a true angel. I had a three day window to schedule my visit. Lisa, The Practice Mgr, squeezed my visit between patients. I was given the best dermatology treatment for my condition and, the results were excellent. As a practitioner, Dr Dy has surpassed all my expectations, her training ensures my needs will be addressed correctly, And her practice gives me access to the latest most advanced dermatology treatments available! She gave me a f”full body scan” for melanoma but did not ask me to put on a gown. In other words this was not professionally done. She sold me Kybella for $2600. She did not administer anesthetic for the first two treatments and it was painful. For the third and last I demanded anesthetic to the area to be treated. Why was this not done in the first place? One of the rudest worst drs I have ever seen! I would give zero stars if I could. I saw her mutual times only because I didn’t know where else to go for hair. She didn’t even bother to have a blood work done which shows I have a lot of deficiencies that are probably contribution to my hair problem. She is rude and unhelpful! I would highly recommend not going to her!

I am a patient of Dr Dy’s for maybe 7 years.. Dr Dy is very talented! I am being treated for hair loss and she is the very best! She also is very talented in many other areas of “beautification”. Please visit her. Your missing out if you don’t atleast consultation. Also Practice Manager is Lisa, Is efficient and knowledgeable about insurance coverage.

Horrible Horrible Dermatologist office and the office Manager Lisa is insane! Lisa yelled at me in front of my two small kids. I have never witnessed such a horrible person like Lisa in my life. I was dissatisfied with my service and was talking to the receptionist about it and Lisa came over and started yelling at me saying "Get out now!" My kids started crying and we left immediately.

Dr Dy was very nice and helpful however her staff is terrible. From the beginning when I went to book my appointment they gave me the wrong information regarding setting up a consultation. Not the brightest working for her and the office manager is cranky and rude!

Dr. Dy is great, I have been seeing her for about 6 months now and she has always been very knowledgeable, very caring and very professional. I have had Botox, fillers, the Halo laser and other treatments to help with acne scarring. I am extremely pleased with the results and have received many compliments. As for the previous reviewers complaining about the office staff, I have never experienced any problems. Lisa in particular has been very helpful, efficient and has an engaging personality.

I cannot believe Dr. Dy has rude, abrupt and non-professional people handling her front office desk....specifically "LISA" Dr. Dy is such a great doctor. However, her poor choice on employees reflects upon her practice as a whole. I'll be looking for a new dermatologist.
