Love it! – I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and I make it a point to go to L&G when I am in the Cleveland area. I have only utilized their spa treatments. They have a wonderful atmosphere and very experienced employees.

Not only are they experienced, but you recieve the most relaxing experience of a lifetime! The staff makes you feel valued as a client, and makes it easy to develop a personal relationship with the staff. By far, one of the best Salons & Day Spas in Northern Ohio.

Not what I paid for... – I was recommended to this salon because of its location (legacy village) and because of the repuation of the of the same salon in Mentor. The receptionists were inattentive and did not seem knowledgeable about the products. The haircut was the worst part of the experience. After I asked to keep the length and for no layers, the stylist cut off 4 inches and layers about 1 1/2 inces shorter than that.
