Karina is a talented nail tech and I always leave extremely satisfied! The staff is welcoming and the salon has a relaxing vibe.
Probably the best manicure I’ve had. Faith was amazing. She explained the service, suggested a polish I had not previously used and was thoughtful throughout.
Deficient customer service. Made an appointment with a friend, upon arrival there were no indications of where to sit or confirmation of services. Sat down next to my friend no amenities were provided/offered on a hot day. After sitting for over 15 minutes with nobody directing the appointment my friend got the receptionist’s attention so that they would provide me a bit of water to drink because no one offered.
