Que desgracia! Beware of rude manager. I went to switch sizes for a gift I was making. They can't exchange with out a managers approval who was out to lunch. Upon returning, he was rude and just gave me the the new shirt without rewrapping it. When I asked him to please re wrap it they did it in the same tissue they ripped open. No decorum!

After being told by another associate that the monogram set I was looking for wasn’t available, Sophie didn’t stop there.
