I went to exchange a shirt for a larger size because it was too small for me. The product had the tags and the receipt and they wouldn’t change it. Good service but very little product variety; they need to update their produc
My sisters buys me a BD present. It didn't fit correctly. I went to exchange it for two shirts and pay the difference. I had the gift receipt. The exchange items were in perfect saleable conditions. The manager refused to make the exchange, stating the item was a final sale item. If it was a final sale item why would she give a gift receipt.
