Worst hospital doctors are rude an disrespectful just can't believe it's a hospital
I recently brought a friend to the ER and was appalled at the condition of the hallways and waiting room. There was trash on the floors (soda cans on the tables in the waiting room, Iced Tea bottles on the floor under a chair, and floors were filthy). We waited 3 hours for x-rays, blood work, and a urine test which was never even done, to find out that the blood work and x-rays showed nothing. This place they call a hospital should be closed down. You don't even know how to fix a broken finger. I would give y a zero if I could.
Worst billing system ever! I just "love" getting double billed and having my statement in front of me and the person in billing telling me she has no record of that payment. Great service (sense my dripping sarcasm) …
We came in today - Thanksgiving - at 3am to the ER. My wife was having horrible abdominal pains. The immediate activity, smiles, and care were such a treat after previous experiences in MA hospitals. You (the ER Staff and Dr. Morrison) researched the issue, spoke with us, and we left with a course of action and her in far less pain. Now if you'd only cooked the turkey, too.....
