Having worked in the dental field as a dental lab tech. and assistant for 22+ years, I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. I can tell the difference between a good dentist and a poor one. Dr. Rob is very talented, caring and strives for perfection and expects nothing less from his staff. This office goes above and beyond to help you achieve the healthiest and brightest smile that can be achieved.
LaClair Family Dental made my son's dental experience the BEST!! From the office staff, Emily his hygienist and Dr. Rob, they were all exceptional and will highly recommend this dental office to everyone!! My son made the No Cavity Board too!!! Thank you all so much!!
The office staff is so horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! When ever you call down there they are very rude!!! Paige is terrible and very rude. Once they take your money they are not willing to co-operate with your insurance company. Went to office to get the paper work needed to send to insurance company my self because after 8 months of Paige saying she was working with ins found out she had not submitted a thing!! This place is so great! I really like the Dr and staff. Everyone makes you feel really comfortable. Plus getting the shot to numb you has always freaked me out but I swear I didn't even feel it when he did it!!
My experience was wonderful. Kaela Knoell was great. She explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable. I had extractions done and Dr. Rob was very good. I felt very little pain. You two are the best. Thank you, you will never know how much you have helped me.
