I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Granted I always dreaded of going to a appointment; Dr Laclair was extremely patient and nice with me. He told me everything he was doing before he did it. The staff was always nice. Only time I liked going was for cleanings, She was awesome and I got her everytime.
My experience here has always been great. The staff is friendly and make me very comfortable. Dr Laclair is an excellent dentist. He explains what he is doing and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend this office for all dental needs.
The dentist is great if you can get passed the secretaries. I don't know if he hires relatives or family friends, but this takes a special level of incompetence to mess up scheduling and billing the way they do. Seriously, the dentist is great with kids and very knowledgeable. The people at the front desk are either incompetent or spiteful. We had to take our family elsewhere. It wasn't bearable. I'm sure you'll find this out should you choose to come here.
After way too many years of being petrified of the dentist due to really bad past experiences, I took the plunge and came to LaClair Family Dental. Now I can only say that I wish that I had visited sooner. I cannot say enough how wonderful Dr. Rob and his team are. Patient, kind, professional and skilled. Needless to say that I have all my family as new patients. Thank you so much for all that you have done for me and mine. I have no fear now and trust that I am in good hands.
The best dental staff & facility. I've always hated going to dentists, but with Rob n his staff that's all changed. You are in great hands there.
Dr. Rob has restored my faith in dentists! I am very pleased with his work and the staff has always been pleasant! I recommend this office!
