I work for lack’s enterprises obviously. I always like the staff here in general. But John one of the staff members (believe is a nurse) always remembers who I am. Super respectful also. When I had my surgery on my back a few months back he called after a situation with the hospital to check on how i was doing. He didn’t have to do that. But he did and I appreciate it alot. Definitely a good office to deal with
This is the worst place ever. They did a procedure on my husband and said it was free. Then they sent it off somewhere without our knowledge and charged us $114. When we called there and said something they would look into it. They never looked into, took care off it or returned our calls. They keep saying the manager is on vacation. If they would have told me up front there was a charge I would have went to my actual Dr and billed insurance. Lacks promotes this place and they are a actual joke. Definitely one of the best clinics I went to. Dr. Unziker is one of my favorite people. Very through and will help anyway they can to make you better
