Bob is awesome
In a word this Penelope is unethical. She managed our rental property for us and then we made the grave mistake of hiring her to be the realtor. Instead of ensuring the property was cleaned and stained carpet replaced, she gave us poor advice about what was a fair sales price. When the property sold, she did not return it to the condition it was in before they assumed care of it. Decks were slimy and weathered.
