dr. zack is a great doctor. both me and my best friend have seen her for YEARS (since 2020) and she is great, compassionate, smart, honest and very easy to work with. dr. zack is especially good at spending time to explain things AND LISTEN. ladies, get a woman doctor if you want someone to actually listen to you! and then there is the office staff. they are WONDERFUL and very efficient. no matter how good a doctor, none of it matters if the front office isn't run well. and these ladies are the best!! fast, smart, they know ... read more
I love a doctor that knows what they're doing and love what they're doing. She is the best
I highly recommend Dr. Zack because she really help me understand my knee injury and the beginning stages of arthritic knees. She and her office staff has been very professional and pure sweethearts for caring their patients overall.
I do NOT recommend this doctor. I had knee surgery here a few years ago, and unfortunately I’m still dealing with ongoing pain and unresolved issues. Going back for help was very discouraging. While I was clearly in pain, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a cold and unprofessional manner. The lack of empathy and support during a vulnerable time was honestly upsetting. This experience left me feeling unheard and disappointed.
