I do NOT recommend this doctor. I had knee surgery here a few years ago, and unfortunately I’m still dealing with ongoing pain and unresolved issues. Going back for help was very discouraging. While I was clearly in pain, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a cold and unprofessional manner. The lack of empathy and support during a vulnerable time was honestly upsetting. This experience left me feeling unheard and disappointed.
She's the best doctor in the whole world
After SIX MONTHS of doctors dismissing my pain and refusing to refer me to a surgeon/for an mri/for PT etc- I found Dr. Lacey Zack!!! Dr. Zack and Marlene have been ANGELS and have helped me through ligament tears and a meniscus repair/scar tissue removal. I never leave reviews but this office is so attentive and have helped me with every issue I’ve had since first visiting the office.
