This place is a horrible place and should be put of a business. They sell lemon cars as CPO and then lie to you in order for them to get the car back so they don't get sued. The will lie and tell you anything. Don't ever buy a car from them. STAY VERY FAR AWAY they don't inspect their cars and sell them as CPO.
Horrible service at all their dealerships. No one returns calls for basic assistance.
I would not buy a car from Santa Monica VW or Pacific VW. I prefer to deal with honest, ethical businesses.
My first Mirai was totaled in a car accident and I wanted to get back into another one. I spoke with the finance manager and the first thing I told him was that I didn’t want any of the warranties. I had purchased one for my previous Mirai and felt I wasted my money. He told me that it was already on the contract and that Toyota Financial requires I take all warranties if I want the 5.49% APR instead of the 15.49% APR.
