Health Hazards This place is terrible. There's mold coming through the wall and the staff won't do anything about it. No privacy, the maintenance man drives by looking in our place. Packages have been stolen. Pool isn't clean. We had a leak and they didn't fix it till our carpet was flooded. The new company that came in just ruined everything, they'll try and suck out all your money. Staff is horrible. STAY FAR AWAY We have had many issues with the complex. Newest one being they are trying to charge everyone a monthly "storm Drainage Fee" which was not agreed upon in our lease agreement. They are making the new fee mid lease contract. My attorney has said that it is in fact a breach of contract and all the company had to say when I confronted them is you will have to take us to court. If you value your money, stay far away from this place.
Sick From Mold Beware!!! MOLD IN NEW BUILDING!! Foundation leaks/ rain water entering unit. There is mold, wet carpets, bathroom water smells like sewage and or is yellow most of the time. New owners A.R. Building Company out of Pennsylvania. Has very bad reputation per reviews on websites. Property Owners not taking appropriate responsibility and even call my renter's insurance and ask them to pay for my living expenses while they fix their building. Can hear everything! I can hear my neighbor flush the toilet, close a door. Don't get the 1st floor!!!
Walls and floors The walls and floors are super thin. i recommend the third floor.
