I have lived at the Labri apts for 3 1/2 years and not had a problem. Managment( Jaunita) has always been fair and understanding not just behind the desk fair but humanly fair. All the residents are good people. Theres on site laundry as well as a vending machine. Theres security cameras and its gated except for the entrance. Theres a 24 hour maintainance line you can utilize when needed.Theres also a play area and bbq area..
