They wait 6-8 months until sending out a bill to you and then it’s in form of a collection notification. There trying to bill my blood work as a routine exam and my insurance denied coverage

They won't take orders by email, only fax. Though a printer is sitting right in the office. So unless you fax or print the order before you come, you have to reschedule and come back. And of course the hourly office ladies don't give a damn that it makes no sense and wastes your time.
Got an charge from them after I went to a clinic for tests that I wasn’t expecting. HERB WAS THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had , he stuck with me for an hour with calls to the clinic and made sure we were gonna get a solution .
