Dr cabe Clark in the Emergency Department is phenomenal! My daughter has been seen twice by him and received excellent care both times. His bedside manner was fantastic. He was personable, thorough, made us both feel comfortable but more importantly made her comfortable and kept her calm and laughing. I would recommend him to anybody! Thank you Dr. Clark For the excellent care you provide!

I paid over $2,000 in cash when I visited the ER and I can't even get someone to call me back about my lab results so I know what is going on. At least I can fill out a form, wait 2 weeks and then take them to a different doctor to explain the results of tests I paid for at this hospital. I've patiently waited over two weeks and called again today. I was told they should've explained it to me, but I can fill out this form now. This is ridiculous; hopefully I don't die. Thanks for taking my money and providing zero customer s... read more

I just moved here from St. louis, been a Mercy patient my whole life. A month after moving to Utah I had to go to the ER here with my significant other for extreme pain he was in. The staff at the entrance was extremely and unnecessarily rude to us. Nobody in the waiting room at the time was having a life or death emergency, yet they took everyone else to rooms first and left us in the waiting room. Some of the staff seemed to get paid to just sit around in the waiting room and then make up lies to tell patients about why th... read more

They don't take into account people's mental health. I'll go somewhere else next time.

My father is there right now. I took him to the ER last Saturday and I didn't get him out of the truck and a staff member was right there to take over. From the ER staff to the staff on the 5th floor a round of applause to each and every one of you from the aids to the Dr's. Yall are splendid. He's been so well taken care of. Thank you so much for all your help. He's been a little bit of a hand full.

Business response:

Bud, thank you for the kind review!

I wonder why when a patient has had a c section and is in obvious pain. and has been begging for pain medication, that the nurses choose to ignore her and not get medication that is due as they chit chat about the shift in her room while she is grabbing the blanket so tight and crying in pain. if you dont want to care about your patients then please dont go into nursing. if your just there to collect a paycheck you honestly have no business in this field of work. and further more I hope you 2 nurses ( Phara and Tayler ) neve... read more
