Excellent service.
I have no idea what system they use, but they need to get their software checked and fixes. They have just sent an account to collections from a visit that occured 4 years years ago, which was paid in full.
They billed me twice. One with insurance and one as cash paying. I’ve called my insurance and it was completely covered. I’ve called them and let them know when it happened. They said oops our bad. And now three years later they sent me to collections last week. After having this problem solved THREE YEARS AGO. It went from their lab to a collections agency. I’m going to get this cleared up no matter what. I’m not paying them to have extra money. I will be reporting them as well.
I've used LabFirst at Grandview for years. All of my experiences there have been excellent. The staff has always been cordial & helpful. I'm a difficult stick, & the phlebotomists always make sure to use the most appropriate needles & tubes, & they usually get the needle in on the first try. Results come in quickly.
The AC unit was broken. But they seemed to have other more important issues.
