My daughter and her husband bought a brand new Labella home in midtown in March of 2024 and they’ve had many issues that have either not been addressed or addressed and broken again with no assistance to get it repaired again. This was not an inexpensive house and the customer service is terrible!! The gas stove is not working properly, the front door lock continually malfunctions leaving you locked out, the dishwasher was leaking and tonight they have water running down their master bedroom wall from the storm!
