Made an appointment, but still had to wait over 30 minutes. They do not seem to honor the appointment system they offer.
Did not have an appointment, I waited 25 minutes. Everyone moved quickly to get me out of there. Nice staff.
I had a stool sample, there was 0 instructions that it has to be frozen, brought it back after I collected it fresh, website says it closes at 5 pm, got there at 4:45 pm, and it was closed at 4:30 pm. Basically wasted $30 for a test that I can’t even get done because of their lack of instructions and information.
