Recommend you go anywhere else for testing. Their booking system went down in the morning (according to them a common issue). They would only accept printed lab forms and wouldn't use the documents from phone. No where is it stated that a print out is needed, especially when it's for a virtual doctor appointment. Why would I recommend people to a location that cannot reliably do the testing that is scheduled there? Absolutely am recommending everyone to avoid this location and your services.
