Staff is helpful whenever they want, the front desk specifically they talk to you like you’re bothering them. Always make you wait crazy amounts of times (hours.) for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Doctors barely talk to you about anything they used to a couple of years ago.
Nice and cooperative staff.
Optum Labcorp: Natasha phlebotomist is really nice. Best place for pediatric lab work but they only accept the optum patients.
