Had a good experience today with Shraddha Vekariya as my tech! Super kind, quick with the draw, and patient while I waited a few minutes to get up after the draw. Note a lot of the photos of this place in Google Maps are actually for some location in Texas and some of the negative reviews seem to also be about the Texas location... I've been here several times and never once had a problem. I've been to others in Lansdale and I can say the opposite of that. I've been here four times. Today was the best. Front receptionists were very nice. When you get in you sign in automated through a computer. It's fast and efficient. I came on MLK day and thought there would be long lines and there weren't. Very professional staff. I strongly recommend. Thier bed side manner is top notch. I've been to others where they were not very nice. Thanks again!
Currently waiting in a Full waiting room of patients. The two ladies working today just informed us that they will be taking their break at SAME time with 7 patients waiting & it will be 20 minutes & they closed the door. BTW they ordered themselves a Dominos pizza. This is really sad & in a hospital too… do better!!
