The person at the desk doesn't work for LabCorp and is very prickly. The LabCorp people are great. Drug screening hours are different than on website, and google and on the fraking door outside.
Taking a very long time in the waiting room
Very disappointing experience. I purchased a lab test package advertised as 10 tests, but only 8 appeared after payment. The website promised same-day testing, yet the facility said it takes at least 24 hours for orders to arrive. Customer service is text-only, which is frustrating and ineffective. When I tried to cancel due to this misinformation, I was told I’d be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Poor communication and misleading information. I would not recommend.
Make sure you have a photo ID with you if you are for a drug test. They will turn away even if you have a digital one on your phone. I had a very bad experience.
Really rude, super rude. And the only lab I've ever know to literally lose your results!! Go anywhere else.
