I scheduled an appointment for a urine drug screen during my lunch break so I could complete it quickly and return to work. I arrived early but still ended up waiting about 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time. Several other people in the waiting room said they had appointments and had already been waiting nearly two hours, while some walk-ins said they had been there up to four hours. Don’t waste your time making an appointment here. We showed up 5 mins early for an appointment for 11 am. One of us has a broken back, so sitting and waiting is painful. At 11:55 we left. At 12:19 we got a text asking us to come to the front desk. There is no bathroom, there are too few seats, and inadequate air conditioning. This is not the fault of the staff, but Labcorp’s policy appears to be to understaff these labs, presumably to save money. Do their executives use these labs?

Why bother making an appt when it was more than 1h15 (which is when I gave up) to be seen

Fabtastic! I was a walk-in on Monday and waiting room was nearly full. I waited maybe 20 minutes. This office was super fast and workers were all kind.
