Fabtastic! I was a walk-in on Monday and waiting room was nearly full. I waited maybe 20 minutes. This office was super fast and workers were all kind.

There was a gentleman who took my blood at the facility, he was very gentle, I never felt it, quick, kind, and conversational, it was over very fast even though I had so many tubes I had to have drawn. I told him that I would go to this lab, from now on if there was a chance I would get him. In the future. The only down side is I did have an appointment and I still had to wait an hour. The test were taken 10 days ago and they are still not available on my patient portal for me to see the results.

They did well for a walk-in appointment - only issue was the door. I was told a homeless person keeps breaking the handle on the entrance door and the company (Labcorp) is slow to get it fixed or replace it with another, more solid door. I waited a bit. The person taking my blood/urine was very nice. I do take issue with staff there allowing people in the waiting area to have speakers on their phones loud so everyone can hear their conversations/videos/whatever they are watching.

Do not come here at all if you are able. Under staffed, if you make an appointment, it still might be an hour or more past your scheduled appointment time. Crowded waiting room and no room for multiple wheelchair access. Floors are disgusting. Staff is rude. They don’t enter correct insurance information so your routine labs are being pushed as diagnostic tests and insurance companies are not covering some lab tests. Requiring us to go back and forth with the insurance company. Do Not Go to This Location!!!
