Efficient, good phlebotomists. Very quick walkins even they had a full slate of appointments.
This labcorp location was great. Very professional. I’ve seen mixed reviews. I was lucky and got the pleasure of CARLA that helped me. Wow, so nice and helpful. Very emphatic to my mom’s situation. Carla made a difference and I hope she gets recognized. Thank you Carla!
If I could give zero stars I would. Alan at front desk very rude. Demanded a credit card hold when I had double coverage (POO plus Medicare). I have never had this demand. Meanwhile when another gentleman checked in, the other receptionist asked for his C/C he declined and she said “no problem”. Alan demanded my credit card and my signature. I am informing my doctor and will never have labs done here again.
I will avoid this colation in the future. Granted, it was the only Labcorp location nearby that had an appointment for a fasting blood test at 10:30 am (others want you to show up at 2:30 pm), but I did not find this office particularly helpful. I went for a routine annual blood test and was told that I had to pay $350 for a several tests that were not covered by my health plan, which is typically very generous. The choice was to pay out of pocket and hope to get reimbursed by my insurance or to skip the not covered tests. M... read more
