If you are not a patient of Goodwin Community Health, you can't have LabCorp blood work done here. The receptionist missed that I wasn't one of Goodwin's patients and directed me to the sign-in. I sat in the waiting room until I was called and the nurse who was going to take my blood figured out the problem and was very kind in directing me to another location.
I would give zero stars for the location in Goodwin Community Health. Last I knew it was for everyone but now it is only for GCH patients..drove here for nothing..thank you for that.
If I could I would give 0 stars. You pay the bill and then LabCorp sends you another bill because they say you haven't paid the first one!!! Garbage company, avoid!!!
I have generally had a good experience here, sometimes the single person working seems overwhelmed and short with patients but trying their best.
