Previously I would have rated them a five - right now they are lucky they are getting a poor rating - I go for blood work in January - they get my insurance card and my credit card so that they can bill be for what my insurance does not cover. So why then yesterday do I get a past due collection notice for a bit over $12.00. Are they scamming me. To say the least I was furious. Why in the hell am I required to give them my credit card - and if they screwed up why are they coming after me - jerks

Why suggest scheduling an appointment when there are only 4 spaces open from today 4/15 to Saturday 4/18??? Labcorp needs to hire more employees if the schedule is so full I can't schedule. Please look into this issue.
