Why do I have to serve as a liaison between you and my insurance company? Do your phones not dial out rendering you incapable of fixing billing errors? Why does it take 10 phone calls back and forth from my end to communicate between you, the provider and my insurance? I go through this about every 6 months with this company. Absolute incompetence at every level.
Im sitting in front of the building at a 2nd location in 2 days after driving 1 hour to get labs. The sign says they close at noon. I showed up at 1130. last time online said they closed at 4 but a not was on the door saying 315. the person told me she has one appt today and they are closed at 1130. the person went in a couple min after I got here and is already gone. im a single parent. I have now found care for my kids 2x and driven an hour 2x to get a lab done with no success. im done with labcorp
employees are rude and hard to work with!
They could work to get Covid-19 lab results back in a timely fashion. People are waiting for the results in order to go back to work. Out of work since 7/1 and I swear if it comes back negative I'm going to hit the roof.
Labcorp is the absolute worst lab to work with. I have always had issues with them getting anything back in a timely fashion. I was told I would receive my COVID test results back in 3-5days and I am now at day 7 still waiting. I am 9months pregnant and need these results back. My sister in law was tested at the same location as me the day after me and she recieved her results back. Anyone you talk to on the phone is useless and cannot give any information. I needed to drop off a specimen on the day before the 4th of July. Not one location open, no information on what to do with the specimen or any way to contact someone, no response to phone calls or emails to customer service. Thank goodness my local hospital accepted the sample to get it to LabCorp for testing so I didn’t have to throw these out and start all over delaying treatment. Totally frustrating and unacceptable. I understand having holidays of. But there has to be some way to handle situations like this.
Had a horrible experience at Labcorp located at 2209 North Blvd W Suite B Davenport-FL 33837 I got there on time and was using the convenient checkin process and waiting on my car to be called trough a text message. My app time was 2:15pm 2:25pm I was worried and went inside to check because I’ve never got a text message. The attendant was super rude and told me they were done for today. quick and easy, I was in and out
that gal that poked by arm the other day was not focused, was talking to me while puncturing 3 spots, shaking my arm while talking, what a disgrace of a medical professional, my arm is all bruised now and I was worried and had the doctor check it out...never in my entire like did that ever happen since I have a hugh vein you can't miss, and this gal was not new, said she was getting ready to retire...I have 3 or 4 places that when the needle when it, I can see 3 punctures spots...I'm not happy
